The winners were:

  • Best Service from a sole trader - Joelene Hair Studio
  • Best Service from a Team - Hotel Cristina
  • Best Service from an Aspiring Star - Dom Barnes (JT)
  • Best Service from an Individual -  John McHardy (Golden Sands)

  • The People’s Choice - Hotel Cristina

Presenting an award, Murray Norton, Chief Executive of Jersey Chamber of Commerce, said: “In an ever increasing world of artificial intelligence and automation, excellence in customer service has become more relevant and important than ever before. Celebrating these skills, with the Customer Service Awards highlights their value to community and our island brand.”

Jill Clark, Coordinator of the event, added: “It is clear from the number of entries for this year’s awards that both customers and businesses take customer service very seriously and understand that a great customer experience is essential for business success. It has been a wonderful evening for the winners, but all the finalists should be thrilled to have got this far. They all have certificates in recognition of their amazing achievements, and we are also presenting another 50 ‘Highly Commended’ certificates to others on the islands who are doing such a great job.”
