Intertrust makes appointments to funds team

Intertrust has appointed a new Head of Funds in the Channel Islands and an Associate Director to oversee the funds team.

Michael Johnson joins the company as Head of Funds in the Channel Islands and will be responsible for developing the funds strategy across Jersey and Guernsey.

In his new role, Mr Johnson will have a particular focus on private equity, debt and real estate fund administration. He is a chartered accountant and committee member of the Jersey Funds Association.

Also joining the funds team is newly appointed Associate Director Lucy Silvestri. Ms Silvestri will be responsible for three teams and their associated portfolios, as well as taking on client directorships. She has a particular specialism in achieving operational efficiencies, with several years’ experience in private equity.
