Following a recent set of promotions within the firm, Intertrust has announced four new client-facing directors.

Roger Bolan, Alex Di Santo, Shane Hugill and Stephen Langan have all been promoted to directors across Intertrust’s Private Wealth, Funds, Capital Markets and Performance & Reward Management service lines.

Simon Mackenzie, managing director of Intertrust in Jersey, said: “These promotions reinforce our offering in Jersey and across the wider global network, reflecting the breadth of expertise and experience of our employees. Our directors are highly-regarded both locally and internationally and these promotions strengthen our 500 strong team based in the Channel Islands."

As a Chartered Secretary with 22 years’ experience in the private client industry, Mr Bolan has been promoted to a director within the Jersey Private Wealth team.

Mr Di Santo has been promoted to director of funds. He is responsible for driving growth, the delivery of client service and operational excellence across the funds business in Jersey, as well as overseeing the administration of a wide range of buyout, venture, debt and real estate fund structures.

Mr Hugill has been promoted to director of Performance & Reward Management. His focus will remain on share plans while also concentrating on business development and raising Performance & Reward Management's profile and accessibility across the Intertrust group globally.

Mr Langan has been promoted to director of the Capital Markets team in Jersey. He qualified as a Jersey solicitor (non-practising) in 2008 and is also an associate of ICSA, with over 15 years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry.

Mr Mackenzie added: “I'd like to offer my congratulations to our new raft of directors; their promotions are a result of their hard work, dedication and the consistent delivery of high quality client service.”
