Hatstone has opened an office in Dublin, having joined forces with the partnership formerly known as Tully Rinckey.
The boutique legal, corporate and trust services and investment fund administration firm said its decision was driven by the Irish city’s growing popularity as a foothold for international financial institutions, law firms and corporate providers following Brexit.
“We believe that having Hatstone’s European hub in Ireland is strategically important and beneficial to us and our clients as we continue to grow and expand into new geographic territories,” Jersey Group Partner Bella Ward said.
“Joining the Hatstone Group will allow us to provide additional expertise and services, as well as strengthen our position as a leading international adviser on property, banking and finance, funds, corporate and litigation transactions,” Hatstone Ireland’s Managing Partner Grainne Loughnane commented.
She added: “Bella Ward has been a trusted colleague and friend since working together at an international law firm, and as a result of our strong relationship and shared values, Hatstone is a natural fit for us.”
