Before P. C. Harris, Judge, on 24th May 2023.

WHEREAS on 22nd February 2023, in the action between Multiply Design & Build Co. Limited (the "Defendant") of Suite 2, 1st Floor, Bourne House, Francis Street, St. Helier, OF THE ONE PART; and Cashback Limited as Assignee of Benjamin Griffin trading as B. Griffin Painting & Decorating (the "Plaintiff") of 2nd Floor, Commercial House, Commercial Street, St. Helier, OF THE OTHER PART; the Plaintiff obtained judgment by default against the Defendant who was
condemned to pay the sum of £4,090.00, interest and costs, in respect of an account dated 6th September 2022.

NOW TODAY, the Defendant having made application supported by Affidavit detailing the circumstances and history of the default judgment, the Court having considered the matter, granted the said application and ordered that the details of the said judgment be expunged from the records of the Court.
