Lexstone Lawyers has announced the expansion of its property team with the appointments of a property lawyer and a conveyancer.

The St Helier-based firm has appointed Advocate Peter Bertram and Shaun O’Connor to the practice.

Established in 2015, Lexstone Lawyers have been involved in major transactions in Jersey, including the developer of coastal apartment complex One St Brelade.

Starting his career with Le Masurier, Gifford & Poch, which later became Ogier, Advocate Bertram, who joins as a lawyer, first supported Lexstone as a consultant in 2023.

Joining as a conveyancer, Mr O'Connor brings with him more than 40 years' experience in the sector.

Advocate Marcus Stone, Senior Group Partner of Lexstone Lawyers Group, welcomed his new colleagues. “We are extremely fortunate to have both Peter and Shaun join our team.

 

"They will now establish one of the strongest property teams on the island, with the objective of providing our existing clients and new clients with the best service and advice possible,” he said.
