Maillard & Co's commercial property team have announced that they will integrate with Sarre & Co to create a team of "dynamic" property experts.
Having operated on the island for 27 years, the move for commercial property specialists, Sarre & Co, is due to formally complete at the end of this month and is hoped to create "a dynamic and experienced group of RICS qualified experts".
Led by Alistair Sarre and Julian Roffe, the Sarre & Co team will remain at their Gloucester Street offices once integrated with Maillard & Co’s commercial property department.

On the acquisition, Chris Marsh, Group Director and Head of Property Management at Maillard & Co, said: “We are extremely proud to join forces with Alistair and his team.
