Ravenscroft has appointed Iain Bailey as Business Supervisor within the team responsible for reviewing new account applications, client reviews and client due diligence across the group.
Mr Bailey, who has more than a decade’s experience in the finance industry, holds the ICA Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence.
"Iain’s experience within the AML and risk environment will be invaluable for the role," commented Sophie Yabsley, Head of client services.
"Ensuring that client applications and reviews are dealt with quickly, efficiently and meet the growing regulatory requirements is vital to the success of Ravenscroft. The new business and client services teams have grown quickly to meet the needs of our clients and how they deal with applications and enquiries influences the company’s reputation."
