Helm Trust Company has appointed Claire Machin as a Director of the company with effect from 1 January 2017.
Mrs Machin has been at Helm since 2010 and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators with more than 20 years’ experience in the finance industry.
Hugh Durell, Helm’s Managing Director said “We are delighted to welcome Claire to the Board of Helm. We are confident that she will make a significant contribution to an already strong board as Helm looks to further grow its business as a leading independent provider of trust and company administration services in Jersey."
