Sancus Lending Group has appointed a new Managing Director of its offshore business, including Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar.
Joshua Eyre, who is Jersey based, has 20 years experience in finance across a number of roles including mortgages and banking.
He is also widely experienced in credit and holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice as well as a level 6 PCIAM (Private Client Investment Advice and Management).
Mr Eyre said of the appointment: “I am delighted to have taken up the role as Managing Director, as we look to build on the foundations set over the last 12 months...We hope to offer a steady hand for those undertaking projects in a sector that has seen many providers pull back.”
Rory Mepham, the CEO of Sancus Lending Group, also commented: "I am delighted that Josh has accepted this newly created position across our offshore jurisdictions. He has built a dedicated team around him, particularly in Jersey where there were some significant changes to manage, and he has done a fantastic job of building relationships with borrowers and Co-Funders alike.”
