Pinel Advocates has recruited a Hong Kong-based lawyer to provide expertise in banking and real estate finance as the firm seeks to "build connections" in the region.
English Solicitor Ivy Chan is joining the Jersey law firm's team as a Consultant.
Andrew Pinel, Partner, said: “We have known and worked with Ivy for about five years, so when we became aware that there would be an opportunity to work with her again, it was a simple decision.
"Ivy brings significant experience in real estate finance, as well as general corporate matters. Her links to Hong Kong, combined with speaking Mandarin and Cantonese, will allow us to build our connections in the region.”
