RBS International appoints new Head of Resourcing and Talent

RBS International has appointed Selina Camara as its new Head of Resourcing and Talent.

Ms Camara's career at the bank started just after she left school, and included a range of roles - most recently as a performance coach.

In her new role, she will be responsible for developing the bank’s 'talent strategy' in all its jurisdictions, as well as delivering its strategic workforce plan.

Steve Scott, Head of Human Resources, commented: “Having joined the Bank as a teenager and worked her way through to a senior management position, Selina has the relevant experience to source and attract talented individuals as well as encourage and nurture their career development within the bank.”
