Investec has made two senior appointments in its Offshore Real Estate Financing, team bringing the total of specialist lenders across Guernsey and Jersey to 20.
Rob Voce has been appointed Senior Relationship Manager within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider team, while Stacey Baxter joins the Corporate and Family Office team as a Relationship Manager.
"We are delighted to welcome Rob and Stacey to the team," Jane Niles, Head of Real Estate Finance Offshore, said.
"Each brings a varied and applicable experience base that will continue to enhance our client focused and expert real estate lending capabilities. We look forward to introducing them to our clients and to the development of their careers with Investec Bank in the Channel Islands."
