Skipton recognised for customer service


Skipton International has been awarded for its customer service for the third year in a row.

The Channel Island Bank has received a Gold Trusted Service Award for 2019 from independent ratings and review platform Feefo.

Jim Coupe, Managing Director of Skipton International, said: “To have collected this award for a third consecutive year is not only a credit to our team, but demonstrates that we have the right consistent approach towards our customers and that it is really valued. As a bank with a strong focus on meeting the needs of our customers, there really is no recognition quite as important as this.”

Matt West, CEO at Feefo said: “The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising those companies that excel beyond the norm.
