Sustainability consultancy True has appointed an experienced commercial and operations director with an educational background in life sciences as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Marcus Liddiard holds a first-class honours degree in zoology from the University of Aberdeen, and also studied with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
Alongside his role at True, Marcus is the Chair of the Grants Committee of the Association of Jersey Charities.
He said: “I have been impressed with the enabling approach True takes in supporting both investors and businesses on their sustainable transition, and it is with great excitement that I join such a missio-led business.
"With the world at such a critical point, I look forward to being part of a business focussed on such an important and urgent task.”
