Local IT company SystemLabs has announced the promotion of Chris Rowe to the Head of Managed Services within their Managed Services Team.
In his new role, Mr Rowe will be responsible for customising client support and technology efficiency.
Mr Rowe has over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure in both the financial services sector, IT industry and at a local start-up.
In his new role, Mr Rowe will focus on the development and delivery of SystemLabs’ Managed Service Team. He will work closely with clients to tailor support and services while ensuring the technologies SystemLabs implements are run cost-effectively and efficiently.
The Chief Technical Officer of SystemLabs, Jamie McDonald, said: “Chris has played a vital role in enhancing and expanding our Managed Services offering as we have grown our client base. He will continue to support our clients and exceed their expectations.”
Expressing his excitement about his new role, Mr Rowe said: “I look forward to working with the team to inspire performance and to deliver exceptional service to our existing and future clients.
