​Notice is hereby given that on 3 April 2024 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority issued an Initial Notice of the proposed exercise of a specified regulatory function under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 to issue a Class I licence to Base Limited t/a Genesis AV.
