All persons having claims against the Estate of the above-named deceased, formerly of 24 Clarendon Road, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3YS are requested to forward a detailed statement thereof within ten days of this date to Dickinson Gleeson, 3rd Floor, Le Gallais Building, 6 Minden Place, St Helier, JE2 4WQ acting for the Executors of the deceased's Estate.
All creditors wishing to bring a claim are requested to provide all relevant documents in their possession. A creditor who believes that an amount due to them ranks in priority to another debt should specify this in their claim. A creditor who believes they have a charge affecting the property of the Estate should so claim.
And all persons indebted to the said Estate are requested to settle with the said Dickinson Gleeson within the same period.
