Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160 (1) (b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 7 The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands on 1 November 2021 at 1pm.
A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors, the nomination of Ed Shorrock and Paul Williams of Kroll, Third Floor, North, 7 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QA as liquidators of the Company will be proposed, and the Liquidators’ remuneration will be fixed, all for the purpose of a creditors' winding up of the Company.

Such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors of the Company may reasonably require will be furnished free of charge by the Company during normal business hours during the period before the said creditors' meeting.
