Jersey Double Glazing Limited meeting of creditors

Description

Notice is given that pursuant to article 160 of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended) a meeting of creditors of the Companies will be held at Unit 19, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR on 14 February 2023 at 11.45am to:

• consider a special resolution for winding up to be passed by the Company on that date
• consider a statement as to the affairs of the Company together with a list of creditors of the Companies.
• nominate Adrian John Denis Rabet and Adrian Hyde of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Suite 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey. JE2 3NR, to be joint liquidators (or such other person or persons as may be nominated) for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the Companies
• appoint members of a liquidation committee if considered appropriate
  
• discuss the remuneration of the proposed joint liquidators
