The Little Fish Pot Limited (the "Company") whose registered office is at The Flat, St Aubin's Steakhouse, Mont Les Vaux, St Brelade.
The property of the Company was declared "en désastre" (bankrupt) by Act of the Royal Court dated 7 October 2016.
Creditors of the Company are required to write to the Viscount's Department, by no later than 16 November 2016, with full details of their claims, together with copies of supporting documentation. Failure to do so will result in the creditor being excluded from any distribution of the assets of the Company.
Any creditor who claims that:
must provide details in their statement of claim and provide copies of all relevant supporting documentation.
All persons who owe debts to the Company are required to pay the amounts due to the Viscount's Department in full no later than the 16 November 2016.
