There is a vacancy becoming available at Maison Le Marquand, for a first floor bedsit. Applicants must be 60 and over. All applicants must be residentially qualified and able to live independently as no nursing care is provided. The rent (subject to annual reviews) is inclusive of heat and water and parking.
No caretakers are in attendance. Preference will be given to applicants with connections to the Parish of St. Peter, but all applications are welcome.
Application forms are available from the Parish Hall during office hours and must be completed and returned by Friday 24 July 2020, addressed to the Constable, c/o Parish Hall, Rue des Fosses, St. Peter JE3 7AH.
