Nomination meeting St Mary's Parish Hall

​Notice is hereby given that a Nomination Meeting will be held at St Mary’s Parish Hall on Wednesday 12 February 2020 at the following times:

In each election:

• if there are more candidates than vacancies, a poll will be held on Wednesday 11 March 2020
• if there are not more candidates than vacancies, any duly nominated candidate will be declared elected at the nomination meeting

The closing date for registering to vote in each election is midday on the day before the nomination meeting, for example 12pm Tuesday 11 February 2020.

A nomination form for each candidate for election must be produced to the meeting and must be completed by a proposer and 9 seconders who are electors in the parish.
