The Minister for the Department for Infrastructure, following consultation with the Connetable of St Helier and in pursuance of Article 68 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 as amended hereby gives notice of the part time closure of Mulcaster Street every Friday and Saturday night and on other specified nights.
No vehicle shall be driven along Mulcaster Street on a Friday or Saturday or on:
Sunday 16 April 2017
Sunday 28 May 2017
Sunday 27 August 2017
between 10pm and 4am the following day except:
To take effect from Friday 14 October 2016.
This notice replaces the notice dated Friday 12 August 2016.
