Create new vehicular access to Ann Street linking to new basement for car parking, cycle parking and ancillary storage facilities. Create network of footpaths and cycle paths within landscaped gardens, including surface-level storage for bicycles. AMENDED PLANS RECEIVED ) : Block 3 - Relocate 1no. ground floor door to South elevation. Remove 1no. balcony. Install 3no. windows and 2no. Juliette balconies. Block 4 - Extend 2no. approved dormer windows to North elevation of Le Gros House.
