Notice is given that pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended) a meeting of creditors of Rabeys Universal Limited ("the Company") will be held at St Saviour’s Parish Hall, St Saviour’s Hill, St Saviour, JE2 7LF.
The meeting of creditors will take place on 2 May 2023 at 10am at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Mark Russell Kelly and Louis Leonard Gerber of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ and David Standish of Interpath Ltd, 5th Floor, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G2 5HF as joint liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.
