These Regulations were made by the States on 10 April 2018 and come into force on 17 April 2018. These Regulations amend the States of Jersey (Powers, Privileges and Immunities) (Scrutiny panels, PAC and PPC) (Jersey) Regulations 2006 to confer power on scrutiny panels and the PAC to require witnesses to give evidence on oath.
