Notice is hereby given by Red Dragon 8 Limited ("the Company") pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 7 The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands on 19 April 2024 at 12.15pm (BST) at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors, the nomination of that Geoff Bouchier of Kroll Advisory Ltd., The News Building, 3 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and Clive Le Marquand of PKF BBA Limited, 9 Bond Street, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 3NP as liquidators of the Company will be proposed, and the Liquidators’ remuneration will be fixed, all for the purpose of a creditors' winding up of the Company.
