Holders of a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquor are reminded that by virtue of Article 10 of the Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974, any licence expiring on the 24 December 2021 may be renewed for the further period of 1 year.
The normal renewal period expired on the 5 November 2021, but holders of licences who have not yet submitted their application may do so up to the 14 December 2021 on payment of an additional fee of £200 for each application.
