Notice is hereby given that on 6 October 2021 an extraordinary general meeting of the Company at which the following special resolutions were duly passed:
That the Company be wound up summarily pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and that for the purpose of the winding up, the Company appoints Philip Braun and Matthew John Corbin of BDO Limited, First Floor, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, JE1 1BG (together the "Joint Liquidators") as joint liquidators.
All persons having claims against the Company are requested to submit a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators by 30 November 2021 and that all persons owing monies to the Company settle the account concerned with the Joint Liquidators by the aforementioned date.
The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
