In January 2021, Uniticket and Park Smart cards were replaced by debit and credit card, mobile phone contactless and the PayByPhone app methods of payment at Sand Street car park.
Islanders with partially used Unitickets or Park Smart cards were asked to visit the office at Sand Street before the end of 2021 to get a refund, this deadline has since been extended until 31 March 2022. After this date any remaining balance will be lost.
