St Brelade Parish Assembly

Description

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Brélade will be held at the Parish Hall, St Aubin, St Brélade on Tuesday 12 December 2023 at 7pm to:

• approve and Adopt the Act of the Parish Assembly held on 28 November 2023. Copies of the draft Act of the Assembly held on 28 November 2023 are available on the Parish of St Brelade or to collect from the Parish Hall during normal office hours
• in accordance with Article 5 of the ‘Loi (1914) Sur La Voirie’, elect 3 principles residing in the Parish to act as members of the Roads Committee, for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 January 2024
• in conformity with Article 5 of the ‘Loi (1914) Sur La Voirie’, elect 2 Roads Inspectors for each of the Vingtaines, de Noirmont, du Coin, des Quennevais and de la Moye, for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 January 2024

Parishioners who wish to stand for election for the Roads Committee or Roads Inspectors are asked to contact the Parish Hall by email to parishhall@stbrelade.je or call +44 (0) 1534 741141. 

Election candidates are asked to contact the Parish Hall by 4pm Monday 11 December 2023 to provide their name, address and the names of their proposer and seconder.

Parishioners wishing to attend the assembly and vote are asked to register to vote on My Parish Online in advance or in person at the parish hall. If you need help email parishhall@stbrelade.je or call +44 (0) 1534 741141 by midday Tuesday 12 December 2023.
