Description
An Assembly of Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Martin will be held in the Public Hall at 7pm on Tuesday 2 July 2019 to :
- Receive and if deemed advisable, approve the minutes of the Parish Assembly held on Thursday 14 March 2019.
- Receive and if deemed advisable, adopt the audited accounts of the Connétable for the financial year ended Tuesday 30 April 2019. The said accounts having been previously verified by a firm of Chartered Accountants, and examined and approved by the Committee appointed for that purpose.
- Receive the report of the Parish Secretary.
- Place at the disposal of the Roads Committee an amount required for the upkeep of the by-roads during the financial year ending Thursday 30 April 2020.
- Presentation with respect to Maufant Youth Centre
- Presentation with respect to La Vielle Êcole.
- Consider the estimates for the presumed requirements for the financial year ending Thursday 30 April 2020 and tax the rate accordingly. Special Votes and Reserve Fund votes for consideration include expenditure in support of La Vielle Êcole development, Church Projects, Depot and Barn redevelopment and the Maufant Youth Centre.
- Elect a Committee to examine the Connétable's accounts for the year ending Thursday 30 April 2020.
- Appoint a firm of Chartered Accountants to audit the Connétable's Accounts for the year ending Thursday 30 April 2020.
