St Martin parish assembly 12 December 2019

Description

​An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Martin will be held in the Public Hall at 7pm on Thursday 12 December 2019 to:

1. receive and if deemed advisable, approve the minutes of the Parish Assembly held on the 7th August 2019
2. to present the Mick Eden Trophy to Vingtenier Mark Cobden
3. to elect an Officier du Connétable for the Vingtaine du Fief de la Reine
4. in accordance with Article 32 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005 to elect two members to serve on the Parish Rate Assessment Committee for a term of three years
5. to elect one Roads Inspector for the Vingtaine de Faldouet to finish a term of office, the present incumbent having moved from the parish
6. to present quotes received for the provision of kerb-side recycling and for the Principals and Electors of the Parish to elect for the introduction or otherwise of a kerb-side recycling service for the Parish to commence during the next financial year
