St Martin Parish Assembly

Description

An Assembly of Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Martin will be held in the Public Hall, at 7pm on Tuesday 12 December 2023 to:

• receive and, if deemed advisable, approve the Amended Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on Tuesday 18 July 2023
  
• receive and, if deemed advisable, approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on Tuesday 21 November 2023
  
• receive and, if deemed advisable, approve the Minutes of the Nomination Meeting held on Tuesday 21 November 2023
  
• elect two Rates Assessors for a term of 3 years, due to one current term of office being due to expire and one Rates Assessor resigning from the current term of office
  
• elect three members to serve on the Roads Committee for three years, the current terms of office being due to expire
  
• elect Roads Inspectors for Vingtaine de Faldouet, Vingtaine de la Queruee, Vingtaine de l’Eglise, Vingtaine de Rozel and Vingtaine du Fief du Roi, to serve a term of three years, the current terms of office being due to expire
