St Mary Parish Assembly

Description

Notice is hereby given that an Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Mary will be held at St Mary’s Parish Hall on Thursday 21 February 2019 at 8pm to conduct the following business:

• receive and if approved, adopt the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on Thursday 13 December 2018
• to approve the transfer of £10,000 from the Reserve Account to cover additional Rectory refurbishment costs
• in accordance with Article 32 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005 elect one Rates Assessor to fill a vacancy on the Rates Assessment Committee which arose on Tuesday 1 January 2019
• to present and seek approval of the new constitution for St Mary’s Youth and Community Centre
• to receive the accounts for the St Mary Youth and Community Centre for the period Monday 1 May 2017 to Monday 30 April 2018
