A Visite Royale will take place in the Parish of St Mary on Wednesday 16 August 2017, commencing at 10.30 am.
Occupiers of houses and land bordering on the public roads or paths of the Parish are required to cut branches and trim hedges on properties along the said public roads and paths, to give clearance of 12 feet (3.7 metres) over both main and by-roads and 8 feet (2.5 metres) over paths, and to remove all other hindrances and obstacles which encroach on the said public roads and paths, and this under pain of a fine or other penalty imposed by the Court.
Due to the Visite Royale taking place, the Parish Hall will be closed for all general business on Wednesday 16 August 2017.
