Rates Demands for 2021 were issued on 18 July 2021 and sent to all Parish of Trinity ratepayers.
Any ratepayer who has not received a rate demand should contact the Connétable immediately.
By virtue of this Notice each ratepayer is assumed to have received a demand for rates and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.
In accordance with article 27(1) of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005, a surcharge of 10% will automatically be added to all amounts not paid within 3 months of the date of the bill. Therefore any rates not paid by 12.30pm on Monday 18 October 2021 will have the surcharge added.
