The much-loved Moonlight Walk along Victoria Avenue waterfront is back on Saturday 10 June in aid of the specialist palliative care services provided by Jersey Hospice Care, with more than 300 walkers signed up to take part.
The Moonlight Walk was originally organised by Hospice employees as part of their own fundraising efforts and has always been about remembering and celebrating the lives of each person and family cared for by the charity.
Michelle Nelson, Deputy Director of Palliative Care Services who has worked for Hospice since 1991, said: “The Moonlight Walk is always a special event for us and many of our supporters. We’re delighted that more walkers than ever before will take some timeto remeber those they’ve loved and lost and celebrate theirlives.”

Option two - The 10k ‘Full Moon Walk’ goes to La Fregate and back to St Brelade’s taking about 2.5 hours.
