Leading offshore law firm Appleby is working with Jersey Heritage to send over 1,000 toy Jersey Cows to Appleby’s offices in Cayman, Mauritius and Seychelles. The Jersey cow toys will be given to people attending Appleby seminars and events as a gift for their children to communicate Appleby’s history in Jersey and demonstrate the firm’s global presence.
Appleby have designed a fun social media campaign to share the toy cow’s progress around the globe, which allows children and social media followers to view where the cows are on their journey and to see the cow’s arrive safely in their destinations.
The social media campaign can be viewed on Appleby’s Facebook and Twitter channels from week commencing 19 December.
Recipients of the gifts will be asked to take a photo of their Jersey cows beside local landmarks or in unusual surroundings. Appleby will be running a social media competition using the hashtag #ThanksAppleby with a prize for the winning photo and post.
