Led by Sionic Managing Partners Stuart Richford and Paul Bratch, the Jersey team services clients in Jersey, mainland UK, Europe and Asia. Since its original formation in 2009, the team have been through a number of changes: in February 2018 Knadel Jersey was acquired by London-based financial specialists Catalyst Development Ltd, which in turn merged with global consulting firm Sionic Advisors in April 2019. The whole firm then united globally as ‘Sionic’ in June 2019 under CEO Craig Sher.
Stuart Richford comments: “When we founded the original Jersey team a decade ago, our plan was always to deliver bespoke expertise to a global client base. I’m tremendously proud that we’ve always had an international clientele and that in the last eighteen months we’ve accelerated from ‘boutique’ to global. We’re now part of one of financial services’ fastest growing specialist consultancies, with established bases across America, Europe and Asia – a fantastic footprint from which to expand further.”
Stuart adds: “Of course changing rapidly ourselves, while consistently striving to deliver excellence to our clients, means we have to practise what we preach. I’m therefore delighted that Sionic CEO Craig Sher is joining our celebrations in person and that Sionic Chief Strategy Officer Pete Stone will deliver our keynote seminar on the critical factors of successful change in finance. Pete is a specialist in this field and will be drawing on the firm’s industry-leading expertise in organisational development.
