The Channel Islands Christmas Lottery officially launches today (Monday 2nd October 2017) with tickets available from more outlets across the island than ever before.
The first prize in 2016’s draw was a record £1,120,200 and total Channel Island Lottery sales including the Christmas Lottery raised an amazing £1,250,482 for Jersey good causes.
The draw will be held in Jersey on 19th December 2017.
Economic Development, Tourism, Sport & Culture Assistant Minister, Deputy Murray Norton urged islanders to continue to support the Lottery:
‘The Channel Islands Christmas Lottery provides much needed financial support to a wide range of good causes in Jersey. Their ability to access this funding enables Jersey good causes to focus on maximising their services to and for islanders. Every time you play responsibly, Jersey wins’.
