Four private client specialists from Collas Crill have been included in the Top 200 Private Client Global Elite 2017 listing.

Compiled by Legal Week and The American Lawyer, the list aims to identify the top specialist trusts and private client lawyers with an international reach.

Included from Collas Crill are partners Christian Hay, Damian James, Kellyann Ozouf and senior partner Antony Duckworth.

Christian is responsible for the dispute resolution and contentious trusts practice in Guernsey. He has a wide range of experience involving high value disputes between trustees and beneficiaries as well as corporate disputes.

Based in Jersey, Damian is an experienced litigator who specialises in contentious and semi-contentious trust work and heavyweight commercial litigation.

Kellyann, also based in Jersey, acts for a range of professional trustees (local and international trust companies and private banks), settlors and beneficiaries. She advises on all aspects of Jersey trust law to include the settlement, ongoing operation and restructuring of trusts.

Based in Cayman, Antony advises on all aspects relating to trusts and trustees and private client work. His practice areas also cover a wide range of commercial matters, including banking, insurance, and company and partnership matters.

Jason Romer, Group Managing Partner at Collas Crill, said: "This list is a valuable directory for leading advisers in the trusts and private client world. It's great to have such a strong presence from across our jurisdictions, demonstrating our global private client and contentious trusts offering."
