Staff at Crestbridge hosted a charity quiz night as part of their support for Friends of Special Care Baby Unit (Friends of SCBU) to raise vital funds and awareness amongst friends and family.

Each year, employees at Crestbridge nominate a local charity to support as part of its commitment to engaging with the local community. This year, Friends of SCBU is the chosen charity with staff raising money for the organisation through various fundraising events throughout the year.

At the latest event, a quiz night organised by Crestbridge staff, guests raised nearly £750 in one night, which will help the charity with vital funds so that parents and babies within the Jersey community can benefit from the essential treatment often needed for premature and sick babies. The winning team at the quiz, ‘The Optimists’, kindly donated their prize money back to Friends of SCBU to bolster the funds raised.

Graeme McArthur, CEO, Crestbridge, commented: “The Crestbridge team is passionate about engaging with the local community and in particular in supporting our nominated charity. I’m delighted with the outcome of the quiz night and I look forward to the rest of the events that we have in store for raising money and awareness for Friends of SCBU.”
