Leading trust, fund and corporate services provider First Names Group has restructured to support its rapid expansion and facilitate the now global organisation’s continued growth.

The Group has more than doubled in size since it became independent less than two years ago, it has undertaken an inclusive and robust consultation process to future-proof its capacity and scalability.

The new operating model has resulted in numerous senior hires and a Group-wide recruitment drive as the multijurisdictional Group continues to grow strongly both organically and inorganically.

Newly appointed Group Service Line Managing Directors (MDs) will head up the key business offerings. Mark Pesco is the new Group MD for Private Client, Armin Kirchner, for Corporate and Institutional, and Mike Lightfoot for Leisure Services.

Morgan Jubb, Group CEO at First Names Group comments;

“Our business has completely transformed in the past two years and it’s imperative that we continually assess our operational model to ensure that the growth we are enjoying does not in any way detract from our investment in our people or the quality of service they deliver.

The service line model supports this and ensures many other things, not least improved communication, governance, risk management and scalability.

We are now one of the largest, independent, fully global multi-service professional services providers in the world with close to 600 First Names in 13 locations but we are committed to remaining boutique in our service delivery and creating the best environment for our people, and consequently our clients.”
