Nominations for this year’s Awards close this Friday so only a few days left to vote for your Jersey customer service hero.

With only a few days to go, organisers of the Customer Service Awards have been inundated with nominations this month - which will exceed last year’s total of over 4,000! Voting closes this Friday (27 September) so there is still time for the public to make nominations for one or several of the 11 categories.

The winners will be announced at a fun and relaxed awards ceremony in Liberty Wharf, on Friday 04 October at 1730. This is a public event – all are welcome.

Last year’s overall winner was the team at Ima’s Caribbean Coffee Shop in Halkett Street.

‘Winning this award and knowing that it was voted for by all of our customers meant the world to us. It proves we are doing it right and we couldn’t be happier.’

Voting is easy and only takes a few minutes…

  1. Vote online at www.thecustomerserviceawards.com
  2. Vote by completing a Nomination form - these are available at major outlets around the island
  3. You can even vote by text on 07700 376001.
