Bohemia Restaurant is celebrating yet again after hearing the news that it has retained its coveted Michelin star for the thirteenth year.

Jersey is fast becoming a highlight in the culinary world with many foodie awards and accolades being awarded to the Island’s chefs and restaurants. The results were announced on 2 October 2017 at the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland live event, which took place at The Brewery in London.

Bohemia Restaurant’s Head Chef Steve Smith said: “We are absolutely delighted that our passion and commitment has been recognised once again! The whole team has worked so hard over the past year to retain this accolade and I am thrilled.”

He continued: “Jersey is renowned for its high standard of gourmet dining, and we are proud to play our part in this.”

Last week Bohemia set a record for Jersey by being the first restaurant in the Channel Islands to be awarded five AA rosettes. Bohemia was also ranked as 11th best restaurant in the whole of the UK in the Good Food Guide 2018 and at number 42 in Square Meal's Top 100 Best Restaurants 2017. Bohemia is the only restaurant in the Channel Islands to be featured in both lists.

Visitors to the restaurant can sample Bohemia’s 3-course set lunch on a Saturday for £24.95 per person; while during the week the set lunch is £29.50 for 3-courses.  For a true gourmet experience, Steve Smith has created outstanding ingredient and flavour driven tasting menus, priced from £79 for 7-courses.  Vegetarian and Pescatarian Tasting Menus are also available, starting from £79 for 7-courses.  The Bohemia Afternoon Tea, served from 2.30pm until 5.30pm, is £19.95 per person.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, Noon until 2.30pm for lunch, and 6.30pm until 10.30pm for dinner.
