Little Miracles are proud to announce Lady Dalton as their Patron. Lady Dalton is the wife of His Ex-cellency the Lieutenant-Governor of Jersey, Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton and moved to the Is-land in early 2017 when Sir Stephen assumed the role of the Lieutenant-Governor. Lady Dalton is a mum of two and has a real passion for the work of Little Miracles.
Talking about her support for Little Miracles, Lady Dalton said:
“I am delighted to have been asked to become the Patron of Little Miracles, the unique Charity that seeks to provide critical, timely support to premature babies and their parents. I believe that this invaluable charity gives real practical help at a pivotal time in the life of a new family”
Lady Dalton first met Cirsty de Gruchy, Chairperson of Little Miracles, in March when Cirsty was able to share with her about the work of Little Miracles. Cirsty commented “We are absolutely delighted that Lady Dalton has agreed to be the Patron of Little Miracles. She has shown great interest in our work and is a naturally warm and generous person who makes everyone she speaks to feel completely at ease. Lady Dalton has already been a huge encouragement to us and we are delighted that she has agreed to support our charity’.
Lady Dalton will be visiting the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) in the coming weeks with Little Miracles to learn more about the charity & to meet some of the staff and families touched by the work of Little Miracles.
