A fun filled evening of beer and food, talking and tasting. Hosted by one of the UK's most respected beer sommeliers, Annabel Smith.

Join us for an entertaining evening comprising of five delicious courses of freshly prepared gourmet dishes by our local Liberation chefs. The evening will be hosted by one of the UK's most respected Beer Sommelier's, Annabel Smith who will be guiding you through her choices.

Annabel Smith is one of the UK’s first Beer Sommeliers, in addition to being a beer writer, trainer and broadcaster. With over 30 years experience in the beer industry, Annabel’s expertise is in matching beer with food, and explaining the reasons why the combination works so well. The food pairing dinner will be an opportunity to sample a range of excellent beers paired with local produce, and ask Annabel for advice on other beer styles.

San Miguel Traditional Paella, rabbit, mussel, saffron garlic toast 

Brooklyn Beignet, salted caramel sauce, hazelnut praline 

Liberation Ale Black bomber Cheddar, Mother-in-laws-tongue, Liberation ale chutney
