From today Lloyds Bank, one of the UK’s leading retail and commercial bank will be revitalised on the high street serving a network of 1,300 branches. This follows the launch of TSB earlier this month, and marks another milestone in Lloyds Bank’s 250 year history serving the people and businesses of Britain.

Lloyds Bank will continue to focus on providing exceptional service to customers, helping them buy their homes, save for the future and grow their businesses.

Owen Woodley, Managing Director, Lloyds Bank Retail comments: “Today’s announcement marks another milestone in Lloyds Bank’s history. The revitalisation of the brand is an exciting time for the bank but also for our customers. We are committed to going even further to support our customers with the things that really matter in life. The revitalisation reinforces our commitment to better serve our customers as well as delivering on our promise of helping Britain prosper.”

On 9 September Lloyds Banking Group announced the creation of two strong banks, Lloyds Bank and TSB. As part of the change, customers of both Lloyds Bank and TSB are able to use both branded banks for their everyday banking needs for some time to come to help them adapt to the changes. This means that a TSB customer will have access to everyday banking services through a Lloyds Bank branch and vice versa.

During this period, customers can carry out the majority of transactions in branch, irrespective of brand, receiving the same level of service and efficiency as they would receive from their own branch and bank.

In addition, branch colleagues will be able to guide customers on how the launch of TSB may or may not impact them.
